The second of six illustrations I did for the second round of the Inception Big Bang. This year, I illustrated for sho_no_tabi's story Autumn Road, a story ostensibly about Arthur and Eames' life together after Inception, but also a story about falling in and out of love, growing old together, losing the people you love and moving on, and the ambiguous nature of reality versus dreaming. It's a beautiful tale, and well worth the read.

Textures from lost and taken, curves pack from RaineJoybringer, brush set from fox-orian, palette help from colourlovers, references from all over the damn place.

This fic kind of ripped my heart out. It was so beautiful and sad and I read it on AO3, so your pictures were integrated into the story and every one of them was perfect for the story! I find them really, really good and perfect and asdf.
